Fresh corn tortillas (yellow this time) with smoked beef brisket, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, asadero, and queso blanco cheeses, avocado, those red serranos from yesterday, a nice Mexican flag mix of salsa verde and roasted tomato red salsa, a squeeze of lime, and a touch of crema. It does a body good!
